Inside the lounge, you'll typically find pastries, fruit, and coffee in the morning, snacks throughout the day, and delicious desserts in the evening. My personal favorite aboard the Disney Dream? The fresh scones served in the afternoon! It's such a small detail, but it's something I look forward to every time.

If you've ever stood in line at Guest Services, you'll appreciate this perk. Concierge guests have their own dedicated team, the Concierge Hosts, who help with reservations, special requests, and the little details that keep a vacation running smoothly.
These incredible hosts go above and beyond to help guests enjoy their cruise. They can assist with adult-exclusive dining reservations, spa appointments, beverage tastings, Port Adventures, dining requests, and special celebrations. They can also help answer questions, coordinate plans, and make adjustments throughout your sailing.
One of the biggest Concierge perks is early access to booking onboard activities and experiences. Concierge guests can start making requests through the Shoreside Concierge team up to 130 days before sailing, giving them an advantage when reserving popular experiences. All reservations remain subject to availability.
This can be especially valuable for families hoping to reserve one of the highly coveted private cabanas at Disney Castaway Cay or Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. These cabanas are extremely popular, and while Concierge doesn't guarantee availability, the earlier booking opportunity can make a real difference.

Personally, I love staying Concierge. The extra space available in certain Concierge staterooms and suites is perfect for my family of five, and the personalized touches make every trip unforgettable.
One of my favorite experiences was sailing Concierge for my senior trip aboard the Disney Dream. The team went above and beyond, surprising me with a celebration button and arranging a backstage tour of the Walt Disney Theatre. I met the cast, saw behind-the-scenes magic, and experienced a side of the cruise most guests never see. As a theater lover, it was a dream come true!
That experience is a perfect example of why Concierge is so special to me. The backstage tour was an incredible surprise, not a standard benefit that every Concierge guest should expect, but it showed just how thoughtful the team can be when celebrating something important.
From the comfortable accommodations to the exceptional service, there are countless reasons I enjoy sailing Concierge. For my family, those extra touches have made some of our favorite vacations even more memorable.
